From the PLU Maintenance Menu, you can link to a sub screen that allows you to create or edit the Ingredients for each/every PLU. You can also Import the Ingredient record from an existing PLU, making creation of similar items much easier and less time consuming.

There is a also a sub screen for creating or editing the Nutrition Facts for each and every PLU. And you can also Import the Nutrition Facts Information from an existing PLU.

And Scale View also allows you to Down Line or Up Line Load your Entire Data Base from PC to Scale, or Scale to PC. You can even import the Scale View Database from another System, or another Store in your chain.
